Application Scenarios
1. Exterior wall finishing: Especially suitable for high-end residences, villas, and community perimeter walls requiring a textured effect.
2. Renovation of old walls: Walls may have small cracks, surface aging, uneven color, or a monotonous texture. Elastic textured paint can simultaneously cover cracks and update the finish.
3. New walls for which improved appearance and weather resistance are desired: Particularly suitable for brick and stone structures, concrete structures, and both new and old exterior walls.
4. Particularly suitable for areas with significant climate changes, strong ultraviolet radiation, large diurnal temperature variations, and where walls are prone to cracking.
Application Instructions
1. Surface Preparation: The wall plaster or mortar layer should be dry, firm, free of loose dust, peeling, cracks, or hollow areas.
2. Putty/Leveling: If the wall surface is uneven, the plaster layer has defects, or there are many pinholes, putty needs to be applied for leveling.
3. Primer/Alkali-resistant Sealer: After the surface preparation is complete and dry, apply an alkali-resistant sealer. The elastic textured layer can only be applied after the primer has dried.
4. Application of Elastic Textured Coating: Apply the textured intermediate layer/direct textured layer. Use a textured roller, specialized textured tools, or a combination of spraying and rolling to achieve the textured effect.
5. Topcoat/Cover Layer: After the textured layer has dried, apply or spray the topcoat/coat layer for decorative and protective purposes, usually two coats.
