Application Scenarios

1. Sports and athletic fields: basketball courts, tennis courts, badminton courts, volleyball courts, school sports fields, etc.

2. Public and commercial facilities: parks, squares, sidewalks, shopping malls, supermarkets, office building corridors.

3. Industrial and warehousing sectors: light industrial workshops, warehouses, and electronic assembly workshops without heavy pressure or strong chemicals.

4. Residential and community facilities: community roads, courtyard surfaces, and rooftop terraces.

Application Instructions

1. The substrate must be flat, clean, dry, and firm. Newly laid cement floors should be cured for at least 30 days. For sites where efflorescence is possible, water shut-off and waterproofing treatments should be performed.

2. Use a single-component sealing primer or the factory-matched professional sealing primer.

3. Apply putty 24 hours after the primer is applied. After it dries and hardens, sand it smooth. If necessary, apply two more coats of putty until smooth and glossy.

4. Mix the color paint components and thinner in the given ratio and stir thoroughly. If necessary, adjust the viscosity with the special thinner. Let it stand for a moment, then stir thoroughly before application. Application methods include roller coating, brushing, or spraying.

5. The prepared paint should be used within 30 minutes.

6. The topcoat is generally applied in 2-3 coats, with a 24-hour interval between coats. Relative humidity ≤85%.

7. The finished floor should be open for walking for 48 hours and for heavy loads for 7 days.
