Application Instructions

1. Surface Treatment: The steel structure surface must be thoroughly cleaned of rust, oil, and dust. Sandblasting or mechanical grinding can be used to ensure cleanliness and dryness.

2. Primer Application: Apply a layer of water-based anti-rust primer to enhance adhesion and corrosion resistance.

3. Topcoat Application: After the primer dries, apply two coats of water-based steel structure topcoat.

4. Drying and Curing: Surface drying time is approximately 30 minutes, and complete drying time is 4-6 hours (depending on temperature and humidity). The interval between coats should be ≥2 hours.
