Wall Interface Curing Agent

Wall Interface Curing Agent is a high-penetration, water-based consolidation coating specially formulated for chalky, peeling, or weak wall substrates. Made from premium acrylic copolymer emulsion and deep-penetration additives, it penetrates into porous wall surfaces and binds loose particles to form a dense, solid protective layer. It effectively strengthens walls, seals dust, and enhances adhesion, preventing chalking and peeling while providing a durable foundation for putty or topcoat applications.

Application Scenarios

1.Strengthening chalky, sandy, or weak walls (interior and exterior);

2.Sealing and priming old walls, gypsum, or putty layers;

3.Substrate preparation before applying paint, wallpaper, or coatings;

4.Base consolidation for cement plaster or wall renovation projects.

Application Instructions

1.Surface Preparation: Remove loose paint, dust, grease, or chalky material. Ensure the wall is clean, dry, and firm.

2.Application: Apply evenly by sprayer, roller, or brush. For highly porous or degraded surfaces, apply a second coat after the first dries.

3.Thinning: Dilute with 5–10% clean water if necessary.

4.Drying: Touch dry in 30 minutes, fully cured in 4–6 hours (at 25°C).
