Black Panther Waterproof Coating

Black Panther Waterproof Coating is a high-performance, polymer-based waterproof coating formulated to meet China’s GB National Standards for waterproofing. It forms a continuous, flexible, and durable waterproof membrane, providing excellent resistance against water penetration, dampness, and aging. Widely used for waterproofing walls and floors in damp areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, and roofs.

Application Scenarios

1. Bathroom walls/floors (especially the shower area)

2. Kitchen sink area and under-counter area

3. Balcony floor and wall seams

4. Outdoor waterproofing for roofs, terraces, gutters, etc.

5. Leak repair in old houses and damp-proofing for basements

6. Used for waterproofing and moisture-proofing porous materials such as aerated concrete and hollow brick masonry.

Application Instructions

1. The substrate surface should be flat, firm, free of honeycomb, pitting, dust, and oil stains. Inside and outside corners should be rounded. Repair any defects in the substrate before construction.

2. Mix HB emulsion adhesive and cement in a weight ratio of 1:0.8. The cement should be ordinary Portland cement of P.O42.5 grade or higher. Apply 2-3 coats according to the thickness required by the project design. Application can be by brush, roller, or scraper.

3. Allow each coat to dry slightly (approximately 1-2 hours) before applying the next coat.

4. If reinforcement is needed for the waterproof layer, non-woven fabric or alkali-free fiber cloth can be used as a reinforcing material.
