Application Instructions
1. Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of oil. Clean the surface using a cleaning agent and industrial vacuum cleaner, ensuring there is no dust, oil stains, or loose layers. For cracked or uneven surfaces, repair and sanding are necessary to ensure coating adhesion.
2. Primer Application: Apply an epoxy primer. The primer effectively improves the adhesion of the colored sand floor paint and provides a good protective layer for the topcoat. After the primer dries, check the surface for smoothness and lightly sand if necessary.
3. Topcoat Application: Apply the epoxy colored sand floor paint evenly over the primer layer. 2-3 coats can be applied as needed, allowing 4-6 hours of drying time between each coat.
4. Curing and Maintenance: Complete drying and curing typically takes 24 hours. After curing, ensure the coating's durability and stain resistance. Full curing time is approximately 7 days. Avoid applying heavy objects or high-pressure items during this period.
