Application Scenarios

Application Instructions

1. Surface Preparation: The surface must be clean, dry, and free of oil and dust. Clean the surface using a cleaning agent and an industrial vacuum cleaner to remove all impurities. Repair and sand any cracks to ensure the surface is flat and suitable for painting.

2. Primer Application: The primer enhances the adhesion of the topcoat and improves durability. Apply an epoxy primer, and check for a smooth surface after it dries.

3. Topcoat Application: After the primer has dried, apply the epoxy floor paint topcoat. It is recommended to apply 2-3 coats, allowing 4-6 hours between each coat to ensure good adhesion between layers.

4. After the floor topcoat is completely dry, a clear varnish can be applied to improve the gloss and wear resistance of the floor.

5.Curing and Maintenance: The surface dries in 24 hours. Avoid applying loads before it is fully cured. Full curing typically takes 7 days; avoid heavy objects rolling or walking on the surface during the curing period.
