Application Scenarios

Application Instructions

1. Substrate Preparation: The substrate must be firm, flat, dry, free of loose materials, oil stains, and hollow areas or cracks.

2. Apply Alkali-Resistant Sealing Primer: This penetrates the substrate, strengthens the surface, prevents efflorescence, and significantly improves the adhesion between the stone paint and the substrate, while also saving on main materials.

3. (Optional) Grouting and Segmentation: Mimicking the segmented effect of a stone curtain wall, use masking tape or segmentation tape to design and apply segmentation lines. Segmentation enhances the overall aesthetics and effectively prevents cracking during large-area construction.

4. Spraying Natural Stone Coating: A specialized spray gun and air compressor must be used. Spraying should be done at a uniform speed and equidistant distance. Generally, two coats are required: a thin coat to cover the base color, and a thicker coat for a fuller texture.

5. Sanding and Removing Segmentation Tape

6. Applying a Dustproof Topcoat: This improves stain and water resistance, enhances UV resistance, and improves the overall texture.
