Application Instructions
1. The ambient temperature during construction should be between 5℃ and 40℃. Areas with standing water or leaks should be pre-treated before construction. The waterproof coating should be completely dry before surface finishing.
2. The substrate should be clean, firm, and flat, free from hollow areas, looseness, sand, and peeling. There should be no standing water or loose dust. Rusty areas should be treated with anti-rust paint as a primer and sanded smooth. Leaks should be sealed. For corners and construction joints, apply reinforcing fabric of appropriate width.
3. Apply the coating in multiple coats using a brush or roller, each no thicker than 0.5mm. Generally, 2-3 coats are required. Allow the first coat to dry completely (until it is no longer sticky to the touch) before applying the second coat. The second coat should be applied perpendicular to the direction of the first coat. After drying, a third coat can be applied, again perpendicular to the direction of the second coat. Apply an extra coat to corners and pipe roots.
4. Allow to air dry naturally at room temperature with ventilation. Conduct a water spray test and project acceptance. A water test will be conducted seven days after construction is completed.
