Application Scenarios
It is widely applicable to any steel surface layer in industrial production, civil use, automobiles, containers, etc., especially steel surfaces that are already rusted. Examples include: metal products, color steel roofing sheets, industrial equipment railings, wrought iron accessories, windows and doors, storage tanks, highway bridges, pipelines, support frames, automotive parts, and other metal surfaces requiring rust prevention and corrosion treatment.
Application Instructions
1. Surface Preparation: Remove loose rust, oil, and dust. Leave a firm rust layer; complete sanding to the metal is unnecessary. The surface should be dry and free of grease.
2. Application Method: Can be applied by brush, roller, or spray. It is generally recommended to apply 1-2 coats, followed by a topcoat of rust-preventive paint as needed after drying.
3. Precautions: Stir thoroughly before use. Do not apply in damp or rainy weather to avoid affecting the reaction and adhesion.
