Strong Penetrating Primer

Strong Penetrating Primer is a high-performance waterborne sealer formulated with advanced acrylic polymers and deep-penetration agents. This primer ensures superior adhesion and stability for subsequent coatings, making it ideal for both new and old wall surfaces, putty layers, and weak or powdery substrates.

Application Scenarios

1.Reinforcement of cement, concrete, or plaster surfaces.

2.Treatment of powdery or weak substrates.

3.Sealing putty surfaces to prevent uneven topcoat absorption.

Application Instructions

1.Surface Preparation: Ensure the substrate is firm, dry, and clean, free from oil, dust, or loose material. Moisture content ≤10%, pH ≤10.

2.Application: Apply by brush, roller, or spray after thorough stirring.

3.Thinning: Add 5–15% clean water depending on surface absorbency.

4.Coats: Apply 1–2 coats for full, even coverage.

5.Drying: Touch dry in 30 minutes; recoat after 2–4 hours (at 25°C).

6.Topcoat: Apply finish coat only after primer is completely dry.
