Application Scenarios

It is widely used in high-end residential communities and villas, commercial office buildings and hotels, government public buildings (such as schools, hospitals, museums, stadiums, etc.), and renovation and transformation of old buildings (it can be applied directly to old ceramic tiles, mosaics, stone paint and other surfaces, but special interface treatment is required).

Application Instructions

1. Substrate Preparation: Ensure the substrate is firm, flat, dry, neutral (pH < 10), and free of contaminants.

2. Apply Alkali-Resistant Sealing Primer: Penetrates and seals the substrate, improving adhesion; prevents the leaching of moisture and alkaline substances, avoiding paint defects such as efflorescence and discoloration.

3. (Optional) Grouting and Dividing: Using masking tape to design and apply dividing lines, mimicking the effect of natural stone.

4. Apply Matching Intermediate Coat: Unifies the substrate color, preventing uneven application of the water-based base coat and ensuring a pure base color while conserving paint.

5. Apply Water-in-Water Multicolor Coating: Creates a multi-colored stone texture effect.

6. Apply Clear Topcoat: Provides comprehensive protection. Enhances the coating’s weather resistance, stain resistance, water resistance, and UV resistance, while also improving gloss and texture.
