Application Scenarios

1. Woodwork and Furniture:

Solid wood flooring and engineered wood flooring: Provides high wear resistance and scratch resistance, and is easy to clean.

Wooden furniture, cabinets, doors, and windows: Highlights the natural grain of the wood and provides a durable surface.

Children’s wooden toys: Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and safe.

2. Construction and Decoration:

Artistic coating protective layer: Used on surfaces such as diatomaceous earth, textured paint, and other textured coatings to enhance their wear resistance, scrub resistance, and stain resistance.

Stone and tile surfaces: Enhances gloss and improves stain and colorfastness.

Metal rust prevention: As a transparent rust-preventive coating, it protects the metal substrate while showcasing its metallic texture (requires a suitable rust-preventive primer).

Application Instructions

1. Substrate Preparation: Ensure the substrate surface is thoroughly clean, free of dust, oil, wax, etc. The substrate must be fully dry. The moisture content of wood should be below 12%. Sand the substrate until smooth and even. For wood, a base coat can be applied first. Thoroughly remove sanding dust using a vacuum cleaner or tack cloth.

2. Application Environment: The recommended application temperature is between 5℃ and 35℃, with ambient humidity below 80%. Low temperatures or high humidity will affect film formation and drying speed. Maintain good ventilation to accelerate drying and dissipate moisture, but avoid strong winds that could damage the paint film.

3. Application Method: Generally, dilution is not required. If the viscosity is too high, add a small amount of purified water to dilute it and stir thoroughly. Do not add excessive water.

4. Number of Coats and Recoating Time: It is generally recommended to apply 2-3 coats for optimal results. Apply the next coat once the surface is dry to the touch and no longer tacky. However, it’s best to wait longer for a full sanding process to avoid lifting the entire paint film.
